The chef creates tasteful dishes with fresh meat and vegetables, homemade pasta, local cheeses and a wide variety of Greek delicacies. All dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients and top-quality Cretan products, ensuring an unsurpassed culinary experience (oil from olive groves in the mountains of Crete, meat and fish from local suppliers in Rethymnon, etc.).
